At Line Securely, all services provided are digital and instantly activated.

No Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Once the One Active Protection Plan is activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances
  • We do not provide refunds for:
    • Change of mind
    • Lack of usage
    • User misunderstanding of the service

No Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges or replacements
  • Once a plan is purchased, it cannot be transferred, modified, or exchanged

Plan Changes

  • Users may upgrade their plan (if available)
  • No downgrades or cancellations after activation
